How to use

Foot soak : Mix 5-6 tablespoons of Magnesium flakes with warm water in a foot bath and soak feet for 20 - 30 minutes

Body bath and Spa: Add 10 - 12 tablespoons of Magnesium flakes to warm running bath water and soak for 20 - 30 minutes

Use 2 - 3 times per week and store magnesium flakes at room temperature out of sunlight. Keep the flakes in the sealed bag when not in use
