1. What types of products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of healthy groceries, including organic fruits and vegetables, whole grains, plant-based proteins, natural animal products, and eco-friendly household products.

2. Are all your products organic?

While we prioritize certified organic products, not everything in our shop is organic certified.In the main menu on top of every of every page, you find under "Preferences"  all  products separated into 3 categories with a short description.

3. Do you cater to special diets (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, keto)?

Yes! We have dedicated sections for various dietary preferences, including vegan, gluten-free, keto, paleo, and more. Just put your prefered diet into the search box on top and you will get a list of products according to your dietary needs.

4. Where do you source your products?

We only list products of accredited partners of the Real Food Network. Our Real Food community is not big and we all know each other personally. 

5. How do you ensure the quality and freshness of your products?

Real Food is a short supply chain network. Real Food produce doesn't sit in warehouses or supermarkets until you get it. If you order at our shop, your produce gets harvested and directly shipped to you.

Ordering & Shipping

6. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our online store, add your chosen items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using payment by bank transfer.

7. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer standard and express shipping. Standard shipping is once a week on Fridays for all Subscriptions and fresh Produce. All other products can be shipped  6 days a week. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we typically deliver within 1-2 business days .

8. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all subscriptions and every orders over 2.000 THB. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

9. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! For every order which is shipped outside of Prachuab Kiri khan area , you'll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package's progress. Local shipping in Prachuab Kiri Khan is usually in 24 hours and has no tracking code.

10. What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to all areas in Thailand where our logistic partner Inter Express will go. If you're in a difficult delivery zone, please contact us to check your options.

 

Payment & Returns

11. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we can only accept Bank Transfer or Prompt Pay because the most international payment providers are not allowed to offer e-commerce service in Thailand.

12. Is it safe to use the bank transfer on your site?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information. Your security is our top priority.

13. What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not satisfied with a product, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, as subject to our return policy.

14. How do I return a product?

Contact us to initiate a return. We will guide you through the process.

16. What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us directly trough the live chat at every website page, that we can support you immediately. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.

The health of our environment is one of our main tasks. 

a. Organic farming works completely without chemicals. This keeps water, soil,     nature and us free of toxins.

b. Organic farming works as a part of nature, not against it. 

c. Our short supply chain network avoids the usual 40% food waste and works with a minimal carbon footprint.

d. We use a zero waste concept and work with reusable packaging, qualified recycle and avoidance of single use plastics.

21. Do you offer subscription services?

Yes, we offer subscription boxes for various dietary needs and preferences. You can choose which kind of products fit to your diet, and we'll take care of the rest.

Absolutely! You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time just by a short note to customer service.
