using a unique blend of ingredients. Our formula is based on the natural fermentation of pineapple fruit, combined with an alkaline liquid to create an effective cleaning solution for your dishes.

We believe that dishwashing can be done without ether harming you or nature. Our dishwashing liquid is made with fermented fruit and natural alkaline liquid, seasalt and a small percentage of Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate (3.5%). These ingredients work well  together to break down grease, grime, and food residue, leaving your dishes clean and sparkling, while being gentle to you and the environment.

What is SLES (Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate) and why its needed?
For every proper cleaning function its needed to hold components of oil and waterbase together and to reduce the high surface tension of water. In many of the better cleaning and body care products the basic compound SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) is used for this purpose, also in tooth paste and even as a food additive with FDA approval. However SLS has a tendency to build up on skin and can lead to irritations. To be on the safe side, we don't use SLS in any of our products and choose SLES as the safe alternative.

If you are a conscious beauty lover, you may already be familiar with the abbreviations SLS and SLES. Despite how similar they sound, there’s a big difference between SLS and SLES. SLS stands for Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and may also be known as SDS, Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate. Meanwhile, SLES is short for Sodium Laureth Sulfate and sometimes may be written as Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate. 

SLES is derived from SLS through an additional refinement process which usually only used for Skin care products. SLES will be just as cleansing, foaming and emulsifying as SLS but they will also benefit your skin after use by leaving it feeling silky soft, smooth and nourished.
